If you are not subscribed to receive the newsletter each quarter, you can easily sign up by clicking "Manage Your Mailing List" in your Provider Portal account. We also recommend that you check your Mailing List often to ensure the email addresses for your office are up-to-date.
New Portal Feature Now Available!

MCNA's Provider Portal has been updated to include a new option for adding a Patient Control Number generated by your office to claims, pre-authorizations, and referrals as additional information. Please click here to learn more and get started using this new feature.

Fee Schedule Increase

We are excited to share with you that we have increased MCNA's fee schedule to a minimum of 110% of the state Medicaid fee schedule. This increased fee schedule for all services is effective for dates of service starting October 1, 2022. COVID-19 Pandemic Direct Support Professionals Survey

The National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals, in partnership with the Institute on Community Integration at the University of Minnesota, is conducting a survey to understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on direct support professionals. Survey results will help identify the most effective ways to protect direct support professionals, frontline supervisors, and the people who receive support. National Dental Study: Round 3 - Final Chance to Join!
