We are excited to share with you that we have increased MCNA's fee schedule to a minimum of 110% of the state Medicaid fee schedule. This increased fee schedule for all services is effective for dates of service starting October 1, 2022. The National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals, in partnership with the Institute on Community Integration at the University of Minnesota, is conducting a survey to understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on direct support professionals. Survey results will help identify the most effective ways to protect direct support professionals, frontline supervisors, and the people who receive support. The HHS Office of Minority Health's National Standards for Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in Health and Health Care is offering a free, online educational program that supports the delivery of culturally and linguistically competent services. Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and any other oral health professional interested may complete this e-learning Cultural Competency Program. MCNA encourages all network providers to learn more and begin the program on the HHS website.
