  6. Can I get my member materials in another language?

    Yes! Materials you receive are available in additional languages. Braille and large-print versions are also available for visually impaired members. Contact our Member Hotline for more information.

  7. What should I do if I have a grievance or appeal?

  8. How do I report Waste, Abuse, or Fraud?

    Call the Iowa Medicaid Enterprise (IME) toll-free at 1-800-831-1349 or MCNA Dental's Fraud Hotline at 1-855-392-6262. You may also complete a Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Complaint Form, which is available online at oig.ssa.gov. Click "Report Fraud, Waste, or Abuse" and then choose "Submit a Report."
