  3. What are my dental benefits with MCNA Dental?

    We offer dental benefits to cover most adults' dental needs.

    • Diagnostic benefits, including: exams and x-rays.
    • Preventive benefits, including: cleanings, fluoride, and more.

  4. Where can I learn more about good oral health?

    You can learn more about good oral health online at MCNA Dental's main website. We offer colorful educational flyers, videos, and other activities. You can also follow MCNA Dental on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube for frequent oral health education tips and information.

  5. Can I get my member materials in another language?

    Yes! Materials you receive are available in additional languages. Braille and large-print versions are also available for visually impaired members.

  6. What should I do if I have a grievance or appeal?

    We want to help. If you have a grievance or appeal, please contact our Member Hotline.

  7. How do I report Waste, Abuse, or Fraud?

    Call the Iowa Medicaid Enterprise (IME) toll-free at 1-800-831-1349 or MCNA Dental's Fraud Hotline at 1-855-392-6262. You may also complete a Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Complaint Form, which is available online at oig.ssa.gov. Click "Report Fraud, Waste, or Abuse" and then choose "Submit a Report."
